"Hey, this is a top notch flooring co. We thought our dream of a ceramic tile family room kitchen dining bath hall and entry was over when we saw the condition of the subfloor, it was multiple types and very uneven. Shannon painstakingly worked through the house inch by inch leveling the floor so the tile would lay. Now we have a beautiful home with a fresh clean appearance. Oh, and the follow up is great too. We had to replace an exterior door after Shannon left, and it left an unsightly gap, but he came back and worked it out. So happy with the performance and the price!!!
